Bohdan Lokatyr
My practice grows from a close attention to material and place. I work with found objects, wax, paper, and natural fragment- things that already carry their own history and transformation
Through melting, shaping, and assembling, I explore fragility, memory, and the quiet presence of time within matter. I am drawn to the tension between what decays and what remains, between natural and human-made forms.0
Each work is a way to listen to materials, to see how they can speak about change, loss, and continuity.
